By purchasing from Lavish Creations & Events, you agree to the following terms. All products are handmade and custom-crafted.

 

Custom Orders

 

  • Full payment is required before production begins.
  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate spellings, dates, and details.
  • Changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges

 

Production Time

  • Standard processing time is 3-5 business days (not including shipping).
  • Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

Order Accuracy

Once your order is submitted, we are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors
  • Size/color changes
  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

 

  • We ship via USPS
  • Tracking will be provided once shipped.
  • Lavish Creations & Events is not responsible for:
    • Delayed delivery by carriers
    • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after hand-off
    • Packages marked “delivered” but not received
  • Local Pickup (If Offered)

Pickup must be made during your scheduled window.

  • Missed pickups may require rescheduling.

Address Issues

Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at buyer’s expense.

Refund & Return Policy

Because our items are custom and made-to-order:

All sales are FINAL

No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the error was made by Lavish Creations & Events.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include order number + photos

We will determine next steps, which may include a replacement.

Cancellations

  • Once materials are purchased or design work begins, cancellation is not available.
